The Leasing & Marketing Professional will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the leasing process including renting apartments handling lease paperwork and assisting residents with any inquiries. Additionally they will greet clients warmly understand their needs conduct tours of both the apartments and community areas process applications and promptly respond to any queries. The ideal candidate should possess communication skills. Prioritize providing excellent customer service while also having proficiency in Microsoft Office. While a high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position a bachelors degree is preferred.
