This reputable residential property company manages a portfolio of than 180,000 apartment units. Has over $3 billion in assets under management. As a Leasing & Marketing Specialist your responsibilities will include overseeing the leasing process from leasing apartments and handling lease paperwork to assisting with relations. You will also interact with clients assess their needs, conduct tours, process applications and promptly address any inquiries. The ideal candidate should possess a high school diploma or its equivalent. Have communication skills with a strong focus on customer service. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is necessary for this role and the ability to multitask effectively and meet deadlines is crucial.
