Hilltop Residential is now hiring a Full-Time Leasing Consultant at Capitol at Stonebriar in Frisco, Collin County. This is an on-site position ideal for a customer-focused professional ready to drive occupancy and create positive resident experiences at a premier residential community.
About the Role
As a Leasing Consultant at Hilltop Residential, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective residents and play a critical role in filling units and building a vibrant community. You'll combine sales acumen with genuine hospitality to guide prospects through the leasing process, showcase what makes Capitol at Stonebriar exceptional, and help them make informed decisions about their next home.
What You'll Do
- Conduct professional property tours and unit walkthroughs tailored to prospect needs and budgets
- Qualify leads, answer questions about floor plans and lease terms, and explain community amenities
- Process lease applications, verify tenant information, and coordinate move-ins and onboarding
- Track prospect inquiries, follow up promptly, and maintain accurate leasing activity records
- Develop relationships with new residents and ensure a smooth transition into the community
- Market available units and highlight distinctive features that differentiate our property
- Maintain a welcoming, professional leasing office environment
- Collaborate with the management team to meet monthly occupancy and lease targets
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience)
- Proven customer service, sales, or leasing experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional demeanor and genuine enthusiasm for hospitality
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries and maintain organized records
- Flexible availability, including weekends as needed
- Reliability and a commitment to exceeding leasing goals
