About the Role

As a Lease Operator II based in Midland, TX, you will own the day-to-day operation, monitoring, and upkeep of oil and gas wells and associated production equipment. The position follows a 7/7 rotation built around 12-hour shifts and is classified as safety sensitive under the company's alcohol and drug policy. An agency-supplied vehicle is provided, and the target start date is as soon as possible. Compensation for this position is $39.50 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor wells, processing units, and related production facilities to maintain safe, steady output.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime and keep equipment within operating limits.
• Track production readings, flow rates, and facility conditions, escalating irregularities promptly.
• Follow all safety, environmental, and regulatory standards across every shift in the rotation.
• Coordinate with field teams to support reliable, uninterrupted production.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a lease operator or in comparable oil and gas production operations.
• Solid working knowledge of wells, processing units, and surface production equipment.
• Ability to commit to a 7/7 schedule of 12-hour shifts on location in Midland, TX.
• Willingness to work in a safety-sensitive role and meet the related alcohol and drug screening requirements.
• A valid driver's license to operate the agency-supplied vehicle.
