You'll rotate through key dispensary functions—operations, customer experience, and people management—building expertise that prepares you for assistant manager responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Support management in running daily dispensary operations while ensuring compliance with state and local cannabis regulations, security protocols, and inventory standards. Monitor product inventory levels, communicate stock needs with management, and oversee the receipt, verification, and documentation of deliveries and transfers to maintain accurate vault records. Lead team members through assigned shifts, promoting in-store, drive-thru, curbside, and delivery operations that exceed customer expectations and maintain consistent service quality. Manage point-of-sale transactions, cash handling procedures, and discount applications while coaching team members on payment accuracy and security practices. Execute store promotions and regional programs by directing team efforts toward completion and coordinating participation across shifts. Engage in "Leader On Duty" rotations, providing active supervision, recognizing employee performance, and redirecting behavior to support a customer-first culture. Champion loyalty program enrollment and engagement by modeling participation and motivating team members to drive membership goals. Maintain adequate sales floor coverage and product organization during your scheduled shifts, ensuring a welcoming environment for customers.
