What You Bring A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar leadership role within an educational setting, preferably with a focus on student wellbeing. Proven track record in developing and implementing effective Student Wellbeing programs that have positively impacted students. Strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, staff, parents, and the broader community. A commitment to professional development and staying current with best practices in education and student support services.
