About the Role
As Lead Usher for our pool facility, you'll direct daily operations of the aquatic center while ensuring outstanding customer service and maintaining the highest safety and facility standards. This leadership position plays a vital role in supporting CSUN's commitment to student success and community engagement.
What You'll Do
- Oversee pool facility operations and coordinate scheduling for classes, events, and general recreation
- Lead and train a team of ushers to deliver excellent customer service
- Ensure compliance with pool safety regulations and water quality standards
- Manage guest check-in, facility access, and patron flow
- Monitor facility conditions and report maintenance needs promptly
- Address guest concerns and resolve issues professionally and efficiently
- Assist with event coordination and special programming at the pool
- Maintain accurate records of attendance and facility usage
