About the Role

As a Lead Sales Associate at Dollar General in Dale, you'll help run daily store operations while reporting to store management. Your work directly impacts the customer experience and your team's success. This is a full-time position where you'll handle a mix of customer-facing activities, sales transactions, and store maintenance in a busy retail environment.

What You'll Do

• Welcome and assist customers as they shop for merchandise
• Operate the point-of-sale register and handle cash transactions securely
• Stock shelves and organize merchandise displays for appearance and accessibility
• Keep the store clean and neat according to Dollar General standards
• Help with opening and closing store operations
• Monitor stock levels and communicate replenishment needs
• Follow loss prevention guidelines to protect store assets
• Coach or support other sales associates as needed
