En Coforge estamos buscando Lead Project Manager (#21737) con el siguiente perfil.
Responsabilidades principales
· Liderar proyectos de tecnología y transformación digital en el sector financiero desde la planificación hasta el cierre
· Gestionar el roadmap del proyecto, incluyendo hitos, riesgos, dependencias y entregables
· Coordinar equipos multidisciplinarios de TI, negocio y proveedores externos
· Actuar como punto de contacto principal con stakeholders de nivel gerencial y directivo
· Asegurar el cumplimiento de estándares de calidad, regulaciones y políticas del sector financiero
· Gestionar riesgos e incidentes, proponiendo planes de mitigación
· Elaborar reportes ejecutivos de avance, KPIs y estado financiero del proyecto
· Impulsar metodologías ágiles o híbridas según el contexto del proyecto
Requisitos indispensables
· 4 a 5 años de experiencia en gestión o liderazgo de proyectos
· Experiencia comprobada en el sector banca y finanzas
· Experiencia trabajando con entidades financieras como BCP, Interbank, Scotiabank o Mibanco
· Experiencia en gestión de stakeholders de nivel gerencial o directivo
· Experiencia en entornos ágiles y/o híbridos (Agile + Waterfall)
· Bachiller o licenciatura en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Informática, Administración, Finanzas o afines
· Certificación Scrum Master (CSM, PSM o equivalente)
Requisitos deseables
· Certificación PMP
· Conocimiento de ITIL
· Conocimiento de PRINCE2
· Experiencia en entornos regulados del sector financiero peruano
· Fuertes habilidades de liderazgo, comunicación ejecutiva y negociación
· Orientación a resultados y gestión de KPIs
