Join Pain Care as a Lead Nurse in a part-time role serving our Lawrenceville, Gwinnett County location. We're looking for an experienced RN to lead our nursing team while delivering exceptional, individualized care to our patients.
About This Position
This part-time Lead Nurse position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in pain management care. As a Lead RN, you'll be central to how we deliver specialized nursing support to our patients while adhering to the highest standards of clinical practice and center operations. You'll work under attending physician orders, following established nursing protocols, state regulations, and our center's comprehensive policies and procedures.
What You'll Do
- Deliver individualized and specialized nursing care to patients receiving treatment at our facility
- Lead and mentor nursing team members, fostering a collaborative care environment
- Monitor patient progress and clinical responses, communicating findings to the care team
- Educate patients and families about their conditions, treatment plans, and home care
- Ensure accurate, timely documentation of patient care and nursing activities
- Maintain compliance with state nursing practice regulations and center policies
- Support smooth daily operations and coordinate care activities across the center
Who We're Looking For
- Current RN license in good standing (valid in Georgia)
- Demonstrated experience in specialty nursing, ideally pain management or related clinical settings
- Strong leadership abilities and experience mentoring or supervising nursing staff
- Excellent patient communication and teaching skills
- Ability to work cooperatively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
- Commitment to adhering to clinical best practices and regulatory standards
