- 1+ years in Customer Success, B2B Sales, or Regulatory Compliance
- Professional fluency in English (written and verbal)
- Strong command of Excel/Google Sheets and experience navigating CRM platforms
- Reliable personal laptop, professional-grade headset, and a stable internet connection
