We are looking for a sharp, driven Customer Engagement Specialist based in Southeast Asia to join our fast-growing team and elevate our anti-piracy campaigns to new heights!
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in Sales, Account Management, or Legal
- High proficiency in English (written and verbal)
- Additional proficiency in a regional language (e.g., Malay, Vietnamese, Thai, or Tagalog)
- Comfortable with data management tools, CRM metrics, and Omni-channel communication
- Basic to intermediate skills in MS Excel or equivalents (Google Sheets, SPSS)
- Strong online ‘detective’ skills, including advanced search techniques for lead generation
- Ability to prioritize tasks under pressure and adapt to changing campaign priorities in a remote environment
Benefits
- Fixed Monthly Salary: $800 – $1,000 (Based on experience and interview performance)
- Performance-Based Variable: Up to ~$400 per month (Based on measurable targets and KPIs)
