North County Landscape Co. is hiring a hands-on Landscape Enhancements Crew Lead in Ferndale, Whatcom County, to direct day-to-day field work and help our growing team deliver standout outdoor spaces. About the Role

As our full-time Landscape Enhancements Crew Lead, you'll guide a small field crew of two to four team members on enhancement projects across the Ferndale and greater Whatcom County area. This is a career-track position for a driven, high-energy professional who wants to grow alongside an established local company. A valid driver's license is required for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a crew of two to four team members on daily landscape enhancement work
• Set the pace and standard for quality, safety, and productivity in the field
• Operate company vehicles to transport the crew, tools, and materials to job sites
• Plan and organize tasks to keep projects on schedule and clients satisfied
• Mentor and support crew members, fostering a positive, growth-focused work environment

Qualifications

• Proven, hands-on experience in landscaping or landscape enhancement work
• A valid driver's license (required)
• Strong leadership ability and a motivated, energetic approach to the job
• Reliability, a strong work ethic, and the drive to build a long-term career
• Comfortable working outdoors and physically active throughout the day
