Currin Outdoor Living is expanding its field teams and looking for experienced Landscape Crew Leaders to take charge of installation and maintenance projects across the US. About the Role
As a Landscape Crew Leader at Currin Outdoor Living, you will guide hands-on teams within our Landscape Installation and Landscape Maintenance departments. This is a full-time, on-site position for motivated professionals who lead by example and deliver high-quality outdoor work day in and day out.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct and supervise landscape crews on installation and maintenance projects throughout the workday
- Set the standard for quality, safety, and professionalism on every job site
- Coordinate daily tasks, schedules, and workflow to keep projects on track
- Hold team members accountable while supporting their growth and performance
- Complete hands-on outdoor work alongside your crew, from planting and hardscaping to ongoing property upkeep
Qualifications
- Proven leadership ability and a track record of guiding crews with accountability
- Genuine commitment to quality workmanship and attention to detail
- Comfort with physical, hands-on labor in an outdoor environment
- Strong work ethic, professionalism, and dependable communication
- Experience in landscape installation or maintenance is a strong advantage
