About the Role
The Lab Analyst 1 is a full-time, on-site position based in our Amarillo, TX laboratory, reporting directly to the Lab Manager. This is a non-exempt role within the Laboratory department, central to ServiTech's mission of delivering accurate, dependable analytical results. As a Lab Analyst 1, you will safeguard the integrity of laboratory procedures, ensuring every sample is processed with precision and consistency so growers receive data they can trust.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out laboratory testing procedures while upholding established protocols and quality standards
- Maintain procedural integrity throughout sample handling, preparation, and analysis
- Record and document results accurately to support reliable agronomic reporting
- Keep laboratory equipment and workspaces clean, organized, and ready for daily operations
- Collaborate with the Lab Manager and laboratory team to meet processing timelines
- Follow all safety guidelines and laboratory best practices
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in repetitive, procedure-driven work
- Ability to follow standardized methods closely and consistently
- Comfort working hands-on in a laboratory environment
- Dependability, organization, and the willingness to support a collaborative team
- Able to work on-site full-time at the Amarillo, Texas laboratory
