About the Role As the Influencer Marketing Manager, you'll own every stage of paid influencer activity for our clients — sourcing creators, coordinating product delivery, signing off on scripts, launching content through creator handles, and tracking return on ad spend. You'll guide the full influencer lifecycle, from casting and content production to approvals, usage rights, and paid distribution, with a sharp focus on what actually performs. Key Responsibilities Creator sourcing & partnerships: Discover UGC creators and influencers on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube; negotiate contracts, usage rights, and whitelisting terms; and maintain a curated database of proven creators organized by niche and past results. Lifecycle management: Arrange product seeding and shipping between clients and creators, and keep filming, approvals, and launch timelines on track — guiding each deliverable from product receipt through filming, upload, usage approval, and ad launch. Scripting & briefing: Craft conversion-focused UGC scripts built around hook, problem, solution, and CTA for Meta ads, and supply creators with briefs covering brand context, tone, structure, and key talking points. Refine briefs as performance data and creative feedback come in. Ad launch & revenue tracking: Secure approvals to run ads through creator handles for Spark Ads and whitelisting, partner with media buyers to push content into ad accounts, and report on ROAS, CTR, and revenue per creator. Optimization & scaling: Spotlight top performers and expand their content across campaigns and formats, suggest fresh hooks and re-edits, retire weaker creators, and continuously test new partnerships.
