This position is currently for talent pooling purposes. While we may not have an immediate opening, we are actively building a pipeline of strong Email Marketing Specialists for upcoming growth initiatives.

Why This Role Exists
Email is one of the most profitable and scalable channels in eCommerce and we believe it should be treated as a revenue engine, not just a support channel.
As a Klaviyo Email Marketing Specialist, you’ll directly contribute to increasing revenue across our eCommerce brands by improving and scaling our email flows and campaigns. Your work will have a measurable impact on company profitability and long-term growth.
This role is for someone who wants to build, optimize, and scale — not just send newsletters.
What You’ll Own & Build
In this role, you’ll be trusted with real responsibility from day one. Your success will be measured in your first 90 days based on the following metrics:

Increasing revenue generated from email marketing by at least 25%

Building, optimizing, and scaling high-performing automated flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win back, etc.)

Launching strategic campaigns that drive engagement and repeat purchases

Running consistent A/B tests on subject lines, creatives, segmentation, and offers

Using data insights to continuously refine performance and reporting results clearly
What We’re Looking For
We’re excited to work with someone who:

Has at least 2 years of email marketing experience in eCommerce

Has hands-on experience with Klaviyo (Required)
-
Has experience working with Shopify (nice to have)

Has a strong creative mindset and solid copywriting skills
-
Is analytical, performance-driven, comfortable taking ownership and working in a fast-paced environment

Thinks in terms of revenue impact, not just open rates
