What You'll Do Execute comprehensive cleaning protocols across all kitchen zones, including dishwashing stations, food prep areas, and support spaces Operate and maintain commercial dishwashing equipment, ensuring thorough sanitization of all china, glassware, silverware, and flatware Perform heavy-duty sanitation of ovens, grills, sinks, refrigeration units, freezers, and specialized kitchen equipment Prepare and apply chemical sanitizers according to safety standards; maintain Safety Data Sheets (SDS) documentation and track sanitizer concentrations Manage proper storage and safety protocols for all chemicals and cleaning materials Store clean dinnerware and utensils in designated locations with care to minimize breakage Maintain dumpster zones, utility areas, and outdoor work surfaces to established standards Support culinary operations by washing, fueling, and maintaining the Culinary Van and UTV vehicles weekly Demonstrate proficiency with fire suppression equipment location and operation Break down, clean, and reassemble kitchen equipment as directed; report maintenance needs promptly Practice proper food handling procedures including FIFO rotation, labeling, and sanitation protocols Set up and break down workstations for meal preparation and special functions Transport and configure food equipment for events; clear event spaces of waste, dishes, and equipment Assist with kitchen deliveries and staff meal setup and breakdown Maintain consistent safety practices to protect yourself and your colleagues Skills & Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent, or demonstrated kitchen experience Basic competency in reading, writing, and mathematical skills Valid driver's license Current TB health clearance certificate Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds occasionally or 20 pounds frequently Capacity to remain standing throughout your entire shift Physical capability to bend,…
