Elite Wireless Corporation is seeking a motivated Key Holder to join its retail team in Pine Hills, Orange County. This full‑time position focuses on delivering excellent service, driving sales, and keeping the store running smoothly.
About the Role
The Key Holder acts as a trusted point of contact for both customers and staff, ensuring that each shopper receives knowledgeable assistance while the store meets its performance goals. You will help open and close the location, handle cash transactions accurately, and support merchandise presentation.
What You'll Do
- Greet customers, assess their needs, and recommend appropriate wireless devices, plans, and accessories
- Process purchases, returns, and exchanges using the point‑of‑sale system with attention to detail
- Maintain visual merchandising standards by stocking shelves, arranging displays, and keeping the sales floor tidy
- Perform opening and closing procedures, including cash drawer reconciliation and security checks
- Assist with inventory counts, receive shipments, and organize back‑room stock
- Train and mentor new team members on product knowledge, service protocols, and store policies
- Support management‑directed projects such as promotional events, visual updates, or process improvements
- Uphold loss‑prevention practices and report any discrepancies or safety concerns promptly
What We're Looking For
- Previous retail experience, preferably in wireless, electronics, or consumer goods
- Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for helping customers
- Comfort handling cash and operating POS systems accurately
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and capable of working a flexible schedule that includes evenings and weekends
- Basic math proficiency and solid organizational abilities
- Willingness to learn about new products, services, and company policies quickly
