Whether you’re hiring operational leaders to keep our supply chain running smoothly, or sharp analytical minds to solve strategic challenges, as a Talent Partner at Picnic you’ll play a key role in building the teams that shape our future. This is not your average recruitment role. It’s dynamic, hands-on, and comes with serious ownership and impact.

  • Build strong relationships: work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and make strategic hiring decisions.

  • Find and attract the best talent: get creative with sourcing strategies and keep the pipeline flowing, even when things get tricky.

  • Think out of the box: launch new initiatives like traineeships, business courses or spotlight campaigns to bring hiring to life.

  • Create unforgettable candidate experiences: from the first chat to the final offer, make every step engaging and smooth.

  • Let data guide you: track what works, adjust where needed, and keep improving the way we hire.

  • Stay ahead of the curve: anticipate needs, adapt to shifting priorities, and be ready when new roles pop up.
