Scandiweb is hiring a Junior Project Manager for eCommerce projects to join our globally distributed team on-site in Armenia, where you will help steer enterprise-level digital commerce delivery from day one. This full-time role is built for ambitious people who want to grow into seasoned eCommerce experts.
About the Role
At Scandiweb, a Junior Project Manager is far more than a coordinator of charts and timelines. You will be a genuine driver of project delivery, blending an understanding of platform capabilities with real customer business needs — think of it as a small-scale solution architect woven into the project management craft. We provide the training you need to grasp the tools and platforms we work with, because that knowledge is what lets you describe, detail, and delegate work effectively to your team.
Key Responsibilities
- Break down high-level user stories into actionable tasks that fit the platform's configuration, styling, extension, or custom-coding requirements.
- Organize and run core team rituals, including daily standups, sprint planning, and demos.
- Keep project roadmaps and timelines current, monitor scope, and flag scope-creep risks from design, functionality, or third-party changes early.
- Raise blockers, concerns, and unresolved issues to your assigned Senior Project Manager or Delivery Manager.
- Maintain open communication with clients and external teams, resolving or escalating outstanding questions.
- Evaluate scope against available resources and coordinate with the Resourcing team to add or release team members.
- Foster a positive team atmosphere and partner with our Events Team for celebrations and ice-breakers.
- Collaborate with internal competency centers, pursue company certifications, and deepen your knowledge of relevant libraries, frameworks, and platforms.
- Adopt internal and external AI tools and copilots to boost the speed and quality of your work.
Qualifications
Your résumé and formal education are not the deciding factors here. What counts is your ability to deliver results, starting with our entry-level technical test — a project challenge that measures common sense, attention to detail, cause-and-effect reasoning, clear written and visual instructions, and your capacity to learn on the spot. Candidates who pass the test and the Practical Trial day task are invited to interview. If you don't pass, you're welcome to act on our feedback and reapply within three to six months.

New hires receive structured onboarding through our Learning System with HR support, followed by a Starter Training Course, and clear paths to grow well beyond an entry-level title.
