About This Position
We are seeking a Junior Curator to join our Curation Services team at Stocksy, an artist-led visual media co-operative. As a Junior Curator, you will be responsible for building galleries and collections that meet the needs of our clients, Sales, and Marketing teams. You'll work from brief through to delivery, developing a keen eye for visual content while collaborating closely with a small, dedicated team.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Build galleries and collections based on client briefs, Sales requests, and marketing campaigns, adhering to specific specs and timelines
- Learn the Stocksy collection thoroughly to match briefs accurately on your first attempt
- Manage the team queue, ensuring you know what is active, due, and ready for pickup
- Share coverage with the rest of the Curation Services team so clients always have someone to turn to
- Follow our intake, review, and delivery process, flagging areas that slow down the workflow as you learn them
- Spot patterns across requests, recurring client needs, and gaps in the collection, then bring these observations back to the team for improvement
