Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in capital markets and securities transactions at a law firm
- Exposure to IPOs, equity offerings, and debt capital markets transactions
- Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills
- Strong academic credentials and prior law firm experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Active member of the California Bar or eligible to waive in
