Java Developer/Production Support Engineer

The responsibilities associated with this position involve managing sustainment engineering operations for the eCommerce platform. This includes resolving issues that impact the platforms performance and customer experience conducting root cause analyses implementing mitigation plans ensuring compliance with established processes and maintaining optimal system performance aligned with business indicators. Additional duties encompass designing and developing monitoring applications engaging stakeholders and client teams in interactions coordinating releases troubleshooting deployment issues when they arise, handling client escalations efficiently well as analyzing performance reports.
