Mercier Consultancy MD is inviting applications for an Italian Speaking Customer Expert to join their dynamic team in Greece with fully paid relocation. The role involves providing exceptional customer service to Italian-speaking customers, maintaining records, and collaborating with team members.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken)
- English proficiency is advantageous
- Experience in customer service or related roles is preferred
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
- Willingness to relocate to Greece
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Multitasking and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with CRM software and digital communication tools is beneficial
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
