About the Role

As an FP&A Specialist at Trading212, you will sit at the heart of strategic finance, shaping how the group plans, forecasts, and reports. Working remotely from Berlin, Germany, you will help build the reporting foundations that guide a fast-scaling business and translate financial performance into a story that everyone can act on.

Key Responsibilities

• Help shape group-wide reporting standards and planning frameworks, including reporting hierarchies and budget and forecast cadence, while spotting opportunities to automate and streamline.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, and Product teams to deliver timely insights, track KPIs, and build business cases that make sense to non-finance colleagues.
• Drive efficiency in the monthly close, partnering with the finance team to sharpen its speed, accuracy, and structure, and contributing to group consolidation and management reporting.
• Take on ad-hoc strategic projects such as scenario modelling and analysis of new markets and initiatives.

Qualifications

• Two to three years in FP&A, financial controlling, or strategic finance, preferably within fintech, investment banking, or a scale-up.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent financial modelling skills and a sharp eye for detail, using data to break down complex problems into clear, decision-ready plans.
• A track record of improving close cycles and reporting workflows in fast-paced settings.
• Familiarity with group reporting concepts, including consolidation, multi-currency, and intercompany.
• Confident with ERP and planning platforms such as NetSuite or Anaplan, paired with data visualisation skills in tools like Tableau or Power BI.
