Direct Counsel
Direct Counsel is seeking an Investment Funds Senior Associate Attorney to join a highly respected Am Law firm, partnering with a leading Am Law firm to identify a senior associate for its Investment Funds Group.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in securities law, with a focus on structured offerings
- Strong background in commercial real estate, including finance, acquisitions, and dispositions
- Experience representing REITs and institutional investors preferred
- Prior experience at an Am Law 100 firm strongly preferred
- Excellent analytical, drafting, and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and sound business judgment
- Ability to manage multiple complex matters and work both independently and collaboratively
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
- Active bar admission in the jurisdiction of practice
