About the Role
The Worcester Railers HC Broadcasting & Media Relations Department is seeking an intern to support on-air and behind-the-scenes operations throughout the 2026-27 season. This internship combines hands-on work during home games with remote contributions to road game coverage, giving you real-world experience in sports broadcasting and media relations at a professional ECHL level.
What You'll Do
- Support game-day broadcasting and communications operations at home and away games
- Shoot, edit, and produce video content for broadcasts, social media, and promotional materials
- Assist with media relations activities and press coverage coordination
- Contribute to remote coverage support for road games
- Help coordinate on-air logistics and behind-the-scenes broadcast support
What We're Looking For
- Strong passion for sports broadcasting and live media production
- Proficiency in writing, video shooting, and basic video editing
