About the Role
As an Interior Design Project Manager, you will serve as the operational backbone of our design studio, ensuring seamless execution across all project phases. You will collaborate closely with our Senior Interior Designers, translating creative vision into meticulously documented reality. Your role bridges design strategy and implementation, keeping projects on track, on budget, and aligned with client expectations.
What You'll Do
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
- Develop comprehensive design documentation, specifications, and construction drawings
- Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, and vendors throughout the design and implementation process
- Oversee project workflow and quality standards at every stage of design development
- Communicate project status, changes, and deliverables to stakeholders
- Maintain project records and ensure compliance with documentation best practices
- Support Senior Interior Designers with research, material sourcing, and specification development
