Are you passionate about helping people and being the first step in connecting clients with legal support? We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Intake Specialist to join our growing team at Altman Nussbaum Shunnarah Trial Attorneys. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, gathering important information and ensuring cases are properly evaluated and directed to the legal team.

This is a 100% onsite position at our office in Boston, Massachusetts. We believe the best work happens when our team collaborates together in person.

What You’ll Do:

Be the first connection: Answer incoming calls and respond to online inquiries from potential clients seeking legal assistance.
Conduct intakes: Gather key details about accidents and injuries while guiding clients through the initial intake process.
Capture critical information: Accurately enter client information and case details into the firm’s case management system.
Support case evaluation: Work closely with attorneys and staff to ensure cases are reviewed and routed efficiently.
Deliver excellent service: Provide compassionate and professional communication to clients during what is often a stressful time.

What You Need:

Strong communication and customer service skills
Excellent organization and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Comfort speaking with clients over the phone and gathering sensitive information
Experience in intake, customer service, call centers, or legal environments is preferred but not required
Ability to work onsite in our Boston office
