About the Role

As a Life Insurance Sales Representative with The Delaney Agency, you will work with a pipeline of warm, inbound leads — families who have already requested information about life insurance-backed products. This is not a cold-calling role. Instead, you will spend your time connecting with pre-qualified households and guiding them toward the right solutions. Agents across the agency regularly serve 3–5 families in a typical stretch of outreach. Compensation is 100% commission-based, offering uncapped earning potential for motivated self-starters who bring consistency and drive to the role.

What You'll Do

• Reach out to and follow up with pre-qualified leads who have requested life insurance guidance
• Conduct needs-based consultations to understand each family's coverage goals
• Present and recommend life insurance-backed products clearly and compliantly
• Shepherd clients through the application and enrollment process from first contact to completion
• Track client interactions and manage your own pipeline with accountability
• Continuously deepen your product knowledge to serve clients with confidence

• Strong personal discipline and the ability to stay productive without close supervision
