About the Role As the Instrument and Control (Automation-PlantPAx) Commissioning Supervisor, you will serve as the working-level lead for instrumentation, controls, and automation commissioning and maintenance activities. Based onsite in the United States at Wood Group's Addicks, Houston operation, you will oversee day-to-day commissioning execution and ensure systems are brought online safely, reliably, and to specification. Key Responsibilities Supervise the commissioning and maintenance of instrumentation, control, and automation systems, including PlantPAx process automation platforms. Coordinate and direct field commissioning teams to deliver scopes safely and on schedule. Verify that instrument and control equipment is installed, calibrated, and functioning to project requirements. Troubleshoot and resolve I&C and automation issues encountered during commissioning and start-up. Support handover of commissioned systems to operations, maintaining clear documentation throughout. Champion health, safety, and quality standards across all onsite activities. Qualifications Demonstrated experience in instrumentation and controls commissioning, ideally in a supervisory or working-lead capacity.
