The City of St invites passionate educators to join Hardin Middle School as a full-time Instructional Coach, supporting teachers and strengthening classroom practice across the building.
About the Role
As an Instructional Coach at Hardin Middle School, you will partner with middle school teachers to elevate instruction, deepen student learning, and build a culture of continuous professional growth. This is an onsite, full-time position with the City of St, with anticipated availability beginning August 1, 2026.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with classroom teachers to refine instructional strategies and lesson design.
- Model effective teaching practices and provide hands-on coaching in middle school classrooms.
- Support data-informed decision-making to improve student outcomes.
- Facilitate professional learning that aligns with school and district goals.
- Offer ongoing, constructive feedback that helps educators grow in their craft.
Qualifications
- Appropriate teaching credentials and experience in a middle school setting.
- Strong understanding of curriculum, instruction, and assessment practices.
