Injection Molding Supervisor

Toyoda Gosei Americas is hiring an Injection Molding Supervisor to lead production operations at our Leming, Atascosa County facility. In this full-time role, you'll oversee daily manufacturing activities, manage team performance, and maintain rigorous standards for quality, safety, and compliance.

About the Role

As Injection Molding Supervisor at Toyoda Gosei Americas, you'll take direct ownership of production team performance while ensuring all operations meet customer specifications and company quality benchmarks. This is a hands-on leadership position where you'll drive efficiency, develop your team members, and keep manufacturing lines running at peak performance.

What You'll Do

• Oversee and mentor assigned team members to maintain accountability, consistency, and continuous improvement across your production area
• Monitor output quality and verify that all products meet company specifications and established key performance indicators
• Ensure team members follow all working instructions, inspection procedures, and operational guidelines every shift
• Proactively identify safety hazards and production risks that could interrupt customer delivery or compromise workplace safety
• Manage daily scheduling, work assignments, and shift performance while maintaining transparent communication
• Coordinate troubleshooting efforts and support equipment operation to minimize downtime

• Demonstrated supervisory experience in manufacturing production or injection molding operations
