Silgan Plastics is hiring a full-time Injection Molding General Laborer for the night shift (6:30 PM–6:45 AM, C team) at our Triadelphia facility in Ohio County. About the Role
As an Injection GL on the C team night shift in Triadelphia, Ohio County, you'll keep injection molding machines running smoothly from start-up through full production. This is a full-time, on-site position at Silgan Plastics where product safety and consistent quality guide everything you do.
Key Responsibilities
- Uphold product safety and quality standards across every task tied to the role.
- Complete and organize production documentation needed for machine start-up and ongoing operation.
- Watch machine performance closely to confirm finished parts are gathered into storage containers and tallied accurately.
- Draw sample shots at scheduled intervals to support routine quality inspections.
- Support a clean, orderly, and safe work area throughout the overnight shift.
Qualifications
- Willingness to work the night shift, 6:30 PM to 6:45 AM, as part of the C team rotation.
- Strong attention to detail for accurate part counting and quality verification.
- Ability to follow written production procedures and start-up instructions reliably.
- Comfort working on your feet in a fast-paced plastics manufacturing setting.
- A dependable, safety-first mindset and commitment to consistent product quality.
