About the Role

This full-time, on-site Industrial Maintenance Tech position places you at the heart of Sheridan's production environment in Enfield Center, Grafton County. Working the second shift, you'll maintain, troubleshoot, and repair the machinery and equipment that powers high-volume printing — from popular magazines and catalogs to respected medical and scientific journals. Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on industrial print and bindery equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic faults and carry out timely repairs.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns during the 2nd shift to minimize downtime and keep production flowing.
• Read schematics and technical manuals to support accurate troubleshooting and component replacement.
• Document maintenance activity and partner with operators and supervisors to improve equipment reliability.
• Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a clean, well-organized work area.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in industrial maintenance, ideally within a manufacturing or production setting.
• Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and related systems used on production machinery.
• Strong troubleshooting ability and a methodical, detail-focused approach to repairs.
• Availability and reliability to work the 2nd shift in Enfield Center, Grafton County.
• A team-oriented mindset and commitment to workplace safety.
