About the Role

Our Marion facility depends on skilled maintenance electricians to keep production running safely and efficiently. As an Industrial Maintenance Electrician, you'll be responsible for installation, preventive maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of electrical systems, motors, control panels, and equipment that are vital to our daily operations.

What You'll Do

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial electrical equipment, motors, drives, and control systems
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults using multimeters, testing instruments, and diagnostic methods
• Install, repair, and maintain electrical wiring, conduit, transformers, and related infrastructure
• Test electrical systems and components to ensure compliance with safety codes and specifications
• Document maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance for operational records
• Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to minimize equipment downtime
• Maintain adherence to OSHA safety standards and facility safety protocols

What We're Looking For

• Valid journeyman electrician's license or equivalent certification
• Demonstrated experience in industrial or plant-level electrical maintenance
• Proficiency reading electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings
• Knowledge of electrical codes, safety standards, and testing procedures
• Skill with diagnostic and hand tools in an industrial environment
• Ability to work reliably in a fast-paced manufacturing facility
