Join our growing team as an Industrial Electro-Mechanical Technician and play a vital role in keeping our production facility operating safely and efficiently. We are seeking a skilled, hands-on maintenance professional with strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities who enjoys working in a fast-paced industrial environment.

This is a full-time position with a regular schedule of 40+ hours per week, including opportunities for overtime. The position follows a 4-day workweek (four 10-hour shifts).

What You’ll Do

As an Industrial Electro-Mechanical Technician, you’ll be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and optimizing the equipment that keeps our industrial laundry operation running at peak performance. You’ll perform preventive maintenance, diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, and respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime.

You’ll work on a variety of industrial systems and equipment, including:

• Industrial washers and dryers
• Ironers and finishing equipment
• Conveyor systems
• Boilers and steam systems
• Air compressors
• Electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems

Your expertise will help maximize equipment reliability, improve operational efficiency, and support a safe, productive work environment.
