The role sits within a coordinated, multidisciplinary approach to early psychosis care. What You'll Do Provide individual therapy sessions using the Individual Resiliency Training (IRT) framework Conduct clinical assessments and collaborate on treatment planning with recovery goals at the center Support clients in building resilience and pursuing meaningful life activities during early psychosis recovery Maintain comprehensive clinical documentation and progress tracking Collaborate with psychiatry, care coordination, peer specialists, and other HOPE program team members Participate in program evaluation and quality assurance activities What We're Looking For Master's degree in clinical psychology, clinical social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or closely related mental health field Current New Hampshire licensure or demonstrated eligibility for New Hampshire licensure (LMHC, LCMHC, LCSW, or equivalent) Training in or knowledge of the Individual Resiliency Training (IRT) model, or strong grounding in evidence-based, recovery-oriented psychotherapy Clinical experience working with individuals with serious mental illness, ideally in early intervention or first-episode psychosis settings Strong clinical documentation and communication abilities Collaborative approach to multidisciplinary teamwork About Monadnock Family Services Monadnock Family Services is a New Hampshire-based community mental health and family services organization serving Cheshire County and surrounding communities.
