About the Role
As an Independent Vacancy Status Evaluator with FAR Inspections, you will work as a self-directed contractor responsible for visiting residential properties and documenting their occupancy and overall condition. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct residential mortgage inspections at properties throughout Dade County, Georgia and neighboring communities.

- Record accurate observations and supporting documentation for each property visit.
- Plan and complete inspection routes efficiently across the Trenton area.
- Deliver consistent, reliable results that meet FAR Inspections' standards.
Qualifications
- Residence in or near Trenton or elsewhere within Dade County, Georgia.
- Availability to work full-time as an independent contractor.
- Reliability, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work without direct supervision.
- A valid driver's license and dependable transportation to reach inspection sites (reasonably expected for field-based property visits).
