What You'll Do Answer inbound sales calls and convert prospects into Bluepeak subscribers by recommending the right service packages Deliver a consultative, customer-first experience that makes the sign-up process feel simple and welcoming Own the customer relationship from the initial call through successful installation scheduling Identify retention opportunities by engaging with customers considering cancellation and presenting compelling reasons to stay Upsell and cross-sell services where they genuinely fit the customer's needs Accurately capture customer information and update records in CRM tools Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless handoffs and a consistent customer experience Consistently meet or exceed individual sales and retention targets What We're Looking For Prior experience in inbound sales, customer retention, or a phone-based customer service role Confident, clear communicator with strong active-listening skills Proven ability to close sales and handle objections in a respectful, solutions-focused way Comfortable working in a structured, metrics-driven environment Proficiency with CRM platforms and basic computer applications Self-motivated with a team-oriented mindset and a genuine interest in helping people High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or telecom experience is a plus About Bluepeak Bluepeak is a broadband provider committed to pushing the boundaries of what's possible for the communities it serves.
