About the Role
As an In-Store Shopper for Albertsons, you'll be the personal shopper for customers ordering through our online grocery service. You'll travel through the store selecting the freshest, highest-quality items from each department, ensuring every order is picked with care and accuracy. This is a part-time position offering flexible scheduling and the opportunity to directly impact customer satisfaction every shift.
What You'll Do
- Select and pick items from shelves and departments to fulfill online customer orders
- Identify the best available products based on quality, freshness, and customer preferences
- Find suitable substitute products when originally requested items are unavailable
- Navigate the store efficiently to complete orders within required timeframes
- Maintain accuracy by carefully matching items to order details
- Work independently while staying responsive to team coordination needs
- Contribute to a welcoming environment for all shoppers
