About the Role

As an In Home Caregiver with Cornerstone Caregiving, you'll deliver person-centered support to clients in their homes, helping them maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life. You'll work flexible schedules in a caring, supportive environment where your contributions are valued and recognized.

What You'll Do

• Provide assistance with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene and grooming
• Prepare nutritious meals and support clients with dining
• Assist with light housekeeping and maintaining a safe home environment
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients
• Help clients with mobility, transfers, and physical assistance as needed
• Provide transportation assistance for medical appointments and errands
• Monitor and remind clients about medications as directed by care plans
• Communicate regularly with the care team about client progress and needs
