About the Role

As the Implementations Manager-Data Centers, you will serve as the central point of coordination for customer installations, partnering across multiple internal teams and directly with client operations staff. Based in Austin, Travis County, this position is responsible for guiding equipment and infrastructure deployments from planning through completion, ensuring each project lands on time, within budget, and free of errors.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the end-to-end installation of customer equipment and infrastructure within data center facilities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Prime's Data Center Operations, Solutions Engineering, and Sales teams to align implementation plans.
• Work hand-in-hand with the customer's operations teams to translate requirements into successful deployments.
• Drive each installation toward on-time and on-budget delivery while maintaining error-free execution.
• Act as the connective link between technical, commercial, and customer stakeholders throughout every project.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience managing implementations, installations, or deployment projects, ideally within a data center or critical-infrastructure setting.
• Strong cross-functional coordination skills, with the ability to keep operations, engineering, sales, and customer teams aligned.
• A detail-oriented approach focused on accuracy, scheduling, and budget discipline.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with both internal teams and external customers.
• Willingness to work on-site in Austin, Travis County (this role is not remote).
