The Lisinski Law Firm is hiring a full-time Immigration-Court Associate Attorney in Dallas, Texas to join our growing Court Operations team and represent clients navigating the U.S. immigration system.
About the Role
As an Immigration-Court Associate Attorney based in Dallas, Texas, you will play a central part in our expanding immigration practice. This full-time, on-site position is designed for licensed U.S. attorneys who are passionate about immigration law and committed to delivering strong, client-focused representation in court proceedings.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients in immigration court matters and related hearings.
- Prepare, review, and file legal documents, filings, and case materials.
- Support and contribute to the firm's Court Operations team as it continues to grow.
- Advise clients on immigration options and guide them through each stage of their case.
- Maintain accurate case records and meet procedural and filing deadlines.
Qualifications
- Active license to practice law in the United States and good standing with the relevant bar.
- Genuine interest in and commitment to immigration law.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for client advocacy and court representation.
- Ability to manage multiple cases with attention to detail and professionalism.
- Willingness to work full-time on-site in Dallas, Texas.
