ICITAP Procurements Coordinator

Amentum seeks a Procurement Coordinator to support the Department of Justice's International Criminal Investigative Training Assistance Program (ICITAP) in Mongmong, Mongmong-Toto-Maite. In this full-time role, you'll manage procurement and vendor operations for critical aviation security initiatives, working alongside federal partners to advance global security and international trade protection.

About the Role

As Procurement Coordinator for ICITAP's Global Bolstering Aviation Security program, you'll own the procurement pipeline that keeps field operations running. Your work directly supports the Department of Homeland Security's Transportation Security Agency (TSA) and international partners implementing aviation security improvements worldwide. You'll be the bridge between federal requirements, vendor capabilities, and program timelines.

What You'll Do

• Process and track purchase orders, requisitions, and procurement requests across program operations
• Source vendors and manage supplier relationships to meet program delivery schedules and specifications
• Maintain contract documentation and compliance records to meet federal procurement regulations
• Monitor and reconcile procurement budgets, tracking expenses and authority limits
• Coordinate with DOJ and DHS stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve supply chain issues
• Support program logistics for training delivery, equipment distribution, and field operations

What We're Looking For

• Experience with federal procurement, government contracting, or comparable supply chain roles
• Strong organizational and written communication abilities
• Proficiency managing multiple vendors and complex purchase cycles
• Detail-oriented approach to contracts, compliance documentation, and record-keeping
• Ability to partner effectively with government agencies and cross-functional teams
• Comfort with procurement software and business systems
