About the Role
As the IBM Technology and Red Hat Alliance Lead based in Herndon, Fairfax County, you will help shape how clients adopt hybrid cloud and artificial intelligence. Within IBM Consulting, your work centers on durable, long-term client relationships and on collaboration that spans IBM teams around the world. You will draw on the full strength of IBM technology, the Red Hat platform, and a network of strategic partners to deliver outcomes that move client transformation forward.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide enterprise clients through their hybrid cloud and AI adoption journeys, aligning technical solutions with business goals.
- Cultivate and sustain trusted, long-term relationships with clients across a range of industries.
- Coordinate closely with IBM colleagues and strategic alliance partners to bring the right capabilities to each engagement.
- Champion the combined value of IBM technology and Red Hat solutions to accelerate measurable client impact.
- Collaborate globally to design and deliver consulting outcomes rooted in proven technology.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience leading client relationships or technology alliances, ideally within a consulting environment.
- Working knowledge of hybrid cloud, AI solutions, and the Red Hat ecosystem.
- Strong collaboration skills, with a track record of partnering across distributed, global teams.
- A consultative approach focused on turning client objectives into tangible results.
- Willingness to work on-site in Herndon, Fairfax County in this full-time position.
