As an HVAC/Sheet Metal Mechanic with Industrial Power Group, you'll join crews delivering commercial, industrial, and multi-residential construction throughout Massachusetts. We welcome both apprentices ready to learn the trade and seasoned journeymen who can lead by example. This is a dependable, full-time position in Millis, Norfolk County with genuine room to grow your career.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, assemble, and fabricate sheet metal systems on jobsites across Massachusetts
• Build and connect HVAC ductwork and the related components that keep air systems running
• Read and work from project specifications to ensure accurate, code-compliant installations
• Coordinate with fellow crew members to keep commercial, industrial, and residential projects on schedule
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area at all times

Qualifications

• Open to Apprentice and Journeyman candidates — bring whatever level of sheet metal experience you have
• Reliable, motivated, and ready to commit to consistent, ongoing work
• Hands-on aptitude for sheet metal fabrication and HVAC ductwork (training available for apprentices)
• Willingness to travel to active construction sites throughout Massachusetts
