In this full-time position, you'll partner across our organization to deliver essential HR programs, manage employee relations, and ensure compliance with employment regulations. Position Summary As our Human Resources Specialist, you'll be the go-to resource for our team, managing the full lifecycle of the employee experience—from recruitment and onboarding to professional development and off-boarding. You'll work directly with hiring managers, employees, and our broader HR leadership to drive initiatives that attract top talent, enhance retention, and foster an inclusive workplace. This is an ideal role for someone who combines strong interpersonal skills with a sharp attention to detail and a commitment to supporting both business objectives and employee wellbeing. Core Duties Support recruitment and hiring processes, including job posting management, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer preparation Manage employee onboarding, including documentation, orientation coordination, and system setup for new hires Maintain and update employee records, personnel files, and HR databases in compliance with legal requirements Assist with benefits administration, payroll coordination, and enrollment processes Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and workplace procedures Support performance management initiatives and employee relations activities Help coordinate workplace compliance and training programs Contribute to HR projects and special initiatives as assigned Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent professional experience) 1–3 years of HR experience, either in a generalist or specialist role Knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and federal/state compliance requirements Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office suite Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail Ability to handle confidential information with integrity Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively across teams Working at RB At RB, you'll be part of a organization committed to making a meaningful impact.
