About the Role

The Human Resources Representative role is the cornerstone of our HR department's daily operations. You'll be the welcoming voice and face for everyone who reaches out to our team—whether by phone, in person, or email. Working under the HR Manager's direction, you'll handle a range of administrative and customer service functions that keep our HR office running smoothly and ensure every interaction reflects Rady Children's Health's commitment to excellence.

What You'll Do

• Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate HR team member or department
• Greet visitors and handle in-person requests with professionalism and warmth
• Provide frontline support to employees with questions about HR processes, benefits, and policies
• Manage scheduling, calendars, and meeting logistics for HR staff
• Prepare and maintain HR documentation, records, and filing systems
• Assist with onboarding tasks, orientation coordination, and new hire paperwork
• Support recruitment efforts by screening inquiries and scheduling candidate interviews
• Handle general administrative tasks including data entry, correspondence, and office coordination
